Pour la confection de baguettes, nous sélectionnons des bois avec un haut taux de gravité spécifique, avec de beaux motifs en-dedans et en-dehors du pays ou tout simplement un bois correspondant à nos besoins.

L’artisan Saburouemon choisi le bois idéal pour son endurance et son aridité.

L’artisan utilise une machine pour sculpter le bois qui a été employée tous les jours pendant plus de 40 ans. Il sculpte d’abord la forme, creuse l’intérieur du boitier et ensuite ajuste les motifs du bois. Il finalise sont travail en donnant un aspect ovale au boitier avec du papier sable No.500.

Une quête sans fin et la curiosité à donné naissance à ce logo. Le logo est sculpté sur le bout du boitier grâce à un laser.
