Saburouemon's craftsman sculpts with a wood craft machine used everyday for 40 years.They sculpt the shape, scoops out the inside for the case, adjust the patterns of wood.They use sand paper no.500 to finish shaving the oval shape.

They will fix them into tunnel shape and glue them together until they are dry.They will check whether they are not bent or twisted then adjust the cap.They will shave according to the frame.

They fill in the gap with the sap until the crystalization of the cellulose is stabled.Soak it with the oil of Angelica edulis and buff with beeswax of Japanese honeybee
